WASHINGTON - Today, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-SC), Ranking Member Elijah E. Cummings (D-MD), Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-Va), Rep. Steve Russell (R-OK) and Rep.
