Maloney, the Chairwoman of the Committee on Oversight and Reform, sent a letter asking President Donald Trump to fulfill his commitment to authorize the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to cover the full costs of New York's emergency response to the coronavirus pandemic.
