Washington, D.C. – On Tuesday, April 9, at 9 a.m. E.T. Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Frank Pallone Jr., Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler and House Democrats will hold a press conference to unveil new letters to the Attorney General, HHS Secretary, and the White House demanding the production of documents related to the Trump Administration's decision to expand its assault on Americans' health care in the Texas v. United States lawsuit last month.

Washington, D.C. (Apr. 4, 2019)—Today, Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, the Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, and Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) released a newly declassified report from the nonpartisan Government Accountability Office (GAO) that examined covert testing used by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to identify aviation security vulnerabilities.

Today, Rep. Gerald E. Connolly, the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Government Operations, and Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, the Chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Reform, led House Democrats in sending a letter urging the House Committee on Appropriations to deny funds for the implementation of President Trump's government reorganization plan and the proposed merger of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the General Services Administration (GSA).
