Cummings, the Chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Reform, sent a letter to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Acting Deputy Director Regina Lombardo seeking documents about gun dealers that sell large numbers of guns that are used in crimes, including homicides, dating back to January 1, 2014.
